Refund and Cancellation Policy for WateringTimes

What you are buying

The paid products on this site are one-time digital documents, such as a personalized watering plan or a landscape water budget worksheet. Each is generated from the details you enter, opens as a PDF right after payment, and a download link goes to the email address you give at checkout.

Prices are in US dollars. The total shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm is the total you pay. There is no subscription on this site and nothing renews.

Refunds within 30 days

Email support@wateringtimes.com from the address you used at checkout, or quote the order number from your Stripe receipt. We issue the refund within two business days of your email, to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After 30 days we refund only a document we failed to deliver.

Cancellation

A one-time purchase has nothing to cancel: there is no plan, trial or renewal behind it. If you bought by mistake or paid twice, write to us within 30 days and we refund the duplicate or the whole order.

If the document does not arrive

The download page opens right after payment; keep its address, it works again later. The link also goes to the email address you gave at checkout, so check the spam folder for an email from wateringtimes.com. If neither works, write to support@wateringtimes.com with the email address you used at checkout and we send the document again within one business day. A document we cannot deliver is refunded in full.

If you entered the wrong details

Picked the wrong city, the wrong plants or the wrong yard size? Write within 30 days and we regenerate the document once with the corrected details at no charge. For a landscape worksheet the download page itself takes the corrected entries once within 30 days of purchase.

Card statements and disputes

The charge appears on your statement as WATERINGTIMES.COM. If you do not recognize a charge or something went wrong, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: a refund from us lands faster than a chargeback, and we answer within one business day.

Who sells the documents

Documents are sold by Artur Zakharchenko, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom, trading as WateringTimes, 104 Newport Road, Roath, Cardiff CF24 1DG, United Kingdom. Payments are processed by Stripe. This policy covers purchases made on wateringtimes.com only.
