Is this an official document from my water supplier?

No. It is an informational plan computed from public data, with the supplier’s own rules quoted and linked. The supplier decides what applies to your property, and a declared shortage stage can change the days at short notice. The plan prints the verification date so you know how fresh it is.

What if I picked the wrong zones or house number?

Write to us within 30 days and we regenerate the plan once with the corrected details at no charge. If the plan did not help at all, the same 30 days get you a full refund, no reason needed. Both are in the refund policy.

My water bill is not from one of these suppliers

Change the supplier in step 1. The plan covers the 54 California suppliers with a schedule page on this site. If yours is missing, the free calculator on every city page still works for 676 California cities.

How are the minutes worked out?

From the state climate table for your supplier’s reference city (Appendix C of the state landscape ordinance), the water need of what grows in the zone (lawn high, most shrubs low, University of California ratings by plant name) and the flow rate of your sprinklers. The same arithmetic as the free calculator, month by month.

Do I need an account?

No. The PDF opens the moment the payment goes through, and the download link goes to the email you enter on the payment page. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to cancel.

What size is the sheet?

US Letter. Page one is the sheet in the design you choose, with the days and the minutes; the monthly calendar design runs twelve pages, one per month. The pages after it carry the exceptions, the fines, the method and the sources.

Can I change the design after paying?

Yes, once, within 30 days: reply to the order email with the design you want and we rebuild the plan at no charge, the same way we fix a wrong zone or house number.
